Step 2: Look out for invitations to apply for available homes

  1. Check your email inbox. Look out for home listing announcements via email from KulshanCLT. Homes will be announced to Interest List households based on household size and priority.1 

  2. View the home in person. Attend the Open House or schedule a viewing of the home with KulshanCLT. Note: Viewings may not be available for new construction presales. 

  3. Let us know when you’re interested in a particular home. Respond to KulshanCLT’s listing email by the Interest Deadline (typically 1-2 weeks) to express your interest in a particular home. This will place you into a pool of Interested Buyers who will be invited to view the home and submit applications to purchase.
