Join us on Wednesday, August 19, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. for Sustainable Connection’s Green Home Tour of LaFreniere Court – Equity Place, hosted by Ecotech Solar. Explore the development and its solar, sustainable design, and community-centered features. Some of the project partners and supporters who helped bring Equity Place to life will also be in attendance. (more details to come).

Follow a marked, self-guided route with project signage, informational displays, and representatives available to assist visitors.

Learn about Equity Place, its community-centered design, and the people and organizations behind the development.
Sustainable Homes
Explore the solar energy system, efficient building features, durable finishes, and low-impact site design. Home feature demonstrations may also be offered with a building partner.

Join us on Saturday, October 12th from 10 am - 12 pm for the Kulshan Community Land Trust’s Annual Meeting. We welcome KulshanCLT homeowners, friends, partners, donors, and anyone interested in learning more about the community land trust model. We’ll offer pastries and refreshments. This is an outdoor tour at a construction site, so please wear comfortable shoes (there may be mud) and clothing.
