If you have read through the eligibility guidelines, gotten a sense of the process from the FAQs, and you understand how the application process works, you might be ready to submit an Interest Form to check your eligibility and get on our Interest List.

Fill out the Interest Form to let us know you are interested in learning about future opportunities to buy a home with us.
As homes become available, watch for emails from KulshanCLT inviting you to submit a full application to apply for a specific home or neighborhood development. We issue invitations to apply based on priority in the Interest List and household size-to-home size compatibility. Be sure to maintain good credit and avoid taking on new debt while you wait.
Once KulshanCLT staff has reviewed your completed application (including all required documents), we will let you know whether you are eligible to purchase an available home. We will guide you through the purchase process alongside your lender.
Before you sign the purchase contract, attend an online Homebuyer Education Class, meet with KulshanCLT to learn about the Ground Lease, and contact a Participating Lender to get a loan pre-approval letter.
