Get on the Interest List and prepare for the homebuying process:
Submit an Interest Form to KulshanCLT either online, in person or by mail. Submitting an Interest Form gets you into the Applicant Pool so that KulshanCLT can notify you about homes for sale that may meet your household’s needs.
KulshanCLT Homes Stay Affordable - Forever
Once you’ve submitted the Interest Form you may be waiting a while to hear from KulshanCLT about homes for sale, but in the meantime there are several things you can do to become homebuyer ready.
Optional: Speak with a Participating Lender about a loan prequalification to get a sense of how much home loan you may qualify for.
While You Wait

Attend a KulshanCLT-hosted Information Session to learn more about the CLT homeownership model and Ground Lease. This session can be completed at any time before Step 4 (attendance is valid for 2 years).

Attend a HUD-Certified Homebuyer Education Course. Submit your Certificate of Completion to KulshanCLT. The course may be completed any time before Step 4 (certificates are good for 2 years).

Assess your mortgage-readiness with pre-purchase counseling. Pre-purchase counseling, including a deep dive into your credit report and household budget, is offered by KulshanCLT by appointment.
