Step 3: Application

Submit your application:

  1. Submit your application online. Submit (or update) a full online application and all supporting documents to KulshanCLT by the deadline (typically 2 weeks from the Interest Deadline in Step 2). Additional documents or document corrections may be requested by KulshanCLT. 

  2. Get a loan pre-approval letter. Obtain a loan pre-approval letter from a Participating Lender and submit to KulshanCLT. 

  3. If you haven’t already, attend a KulshanCLT Information Session.  

  4. If you haven’t already, attend a HUD-Certified Homebuyer Education Course. Submit your Certificate of Completion to KulshanCLT.
