Step 4: Wait for a Finalist to be selected

  1. KulshanCLT will select and notify a Finalist to be the homebuyer. KulshanCLT staff reviews each application received in Step 3 for completeness and household eligibility, then makes a Finalist selection based on its Applicant Selection Policy.  

  2. Finalists move to Step 5. 

  3. If not selected, you will receive notice. KulshanCLT promptly notifies all runners-up of their status once the Finalist is confirmed and notified. Runner-up applications will remain on file and valid without updates for 6 months; and will remain on file but require updates to remain current after 6 months. Runners-up will continue to be invited to express interest in new homes as they become available.
