Our members are a huge part of the “C” in CLT. Members are KulshanCLT homeowners, applicants, and other folks who want to advocate for more affordable homeownership opportunities in Whatcom County.
What is Membership?
Members play a key role in guiding KulshanCLT’s future. Our members are deeply invested in the community land trust model, creative housing solutions in Whatcom County, and shaping KulshanCLT’s work.
Members include:
Current homeowners within KulshanCLT
Any individual who has made a donation in the last 12 months
Members receive:
Invitations to special events and meetings
A copy of KulshanCLT’s annual report
Periodic newsletters and updates
The opportunity to vote on KulshanCLT policies and incoming members of the Board of Trustees
Members are actively involved in advocating for affordable housing and KulshanCLT.
