    Our friends over at CAZ Insulation & Energy Services built and donated a tiny home to us and soon it could be yours!

    Buy your raffle ticket at our office, over the phone 360.671.5600 ext. 102 or at any one of our upcoming events! Final Drawing for the Tiny House will be during KCLT’s Annual Community Party @ Boundary Bay Brewery Sept. 22nd, 2018. Party Starts @ 5pm, final drawing @ 6:30pm. Need not be present to win. 

    Tickets are $25 each, no limit – Cash, Check and Credit Card accepted.

    WHERE TO FIND THE TINY HOUSE:

    Between events the tiny house will parked in the parking lot of the Habitat for Humanity 1825 Cornwall Ave Bellingham, WA 98225. Feel free to stop by and peek in the windows.

    We’re excited to announce the “next big thing” for Kulshan CLT! We will be working in partnership with Habitat for Humanity on our biggest joint effort to date. In the Spring 2018 Habitat will break ground on a 54 home development  – to be built over the next 7 years.

    Buyers for these homes will need to meet income guidelines for Habitat for Humanity’s program or Kulshan CLT’s program.
