Schedule a homeownership orientation

KulshanCLT staff is available to come to your workplace and talk about our many paths to homeownership! We can give a 20 minute orientation during a staff meeting or lunch break and have time to answer questions. Employees will learn about the eligibility criteria, homeownership opportunities, the community land trust strategy, and our free homebuyer education classes.

KulshanCLT staff is available to make a presentation to your neighborhood group, professional organization, service club or other gathering to talk about how permanently affordable homeownership helps us grow a community everyone can afford. The program typically includes a 25-minute powerpoint presentation, followed by Q&A, and can be tailored to fit your groups specific interests and time frame. The presentation includes an overview of our programs and projects and the community land trust strategy, KulshanCLT’s contributions to our economic, social and community health, and KulshanCLT’s role in meeting our current and future housing demands.
